FLA law about fictitious name registration:
(Chapter 50, Florida Statutes): Publishing law: http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=0000-0099/0050/0050ContentsIndex.html
Some companies have started to send you a reminder short time after that with the offer to advertise this for you in a newspaper , but for a quite high price.
The question is now, is this a scam or just immoral or a normal legit service?
The really disturbing fact here is, that they make the letters look like official government letters and also same thing on their website, which shows a government building.
There are several reports about a similar named company from exact same address of one of the companies (1700 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee) where a real scam came from, which have been broadcasted on TV and filed claims at attorney general in Florida.
