Funnel Cake Ice Cream Sandwich, Can You Eat It Before It Melts?
2/3 C Heavy Cream
1/4 C Cocoa
1/2 C Corn Syrup
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Butter
2/3 C Nutella
1/4 C Sugar
2 C Whole Milk
4 C Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
Large Ziplock bag
Add your cream, cocoa, corn syrup, and 1/2 Tsp salt to a pan and stir then simmer.
Stir in your butter and Nutella.
In a separate bowl whisk your eggs, sugar, and whole milk.
In another bowl add your flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and baking powder.
Slowly whisk your dry powder into your egg mix.
Add your mix to your ziplock bag and cut one of the corners off.
Swirl your mix into 350 degree oil and cook until golden brown.
Add your ice cream and syrup to one funnel cake, top with another funnel cake, coat with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
